FASST  Wrestling Training Camp

When: September 12th through November 14th

Times:  Monday and Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm

Where:  FASST Performance 1642 Route 309 S, Quakertown, PA

Athletes participating in our program will develop:

  • Kettle Bell and Ropes Training
  • Specialized Workout for Weight Gain or Weight Loss
  • Energy System Training
  • Take down and grip strength
  • Bulgarian Bag Work
  • Balance and Hand Eye Coordination Drills
  • Body Weight and Core Strength and Conditioning
