FASST Wrestling Training Camp
When: September 12th through November 14th
Times: Monday and Wednesday 7:00-8:00pm
Where: FASST Performance 1642 Route 309 S, Quakertown, PA
Athletes participating in our program will develop:
- Kettle Bell and Ropes Training
- Specialized Workout for Weight Gain or Weight Loss
- Energy System Training
- Take down and grip strength
- Bulgarian Bag Work
- Balance and Hand Eye Coordination Drills
- Body Weight and Core Strength and Conditioning
