I have been involved in athletics my whole life. First as an All-American football player at Muhlenberg College and then as a coach upon graduation. My passion has been working with people and helping them reach their full potential. I taught psychology and sports psychology for 8 years while I built my business FASST Performance. During this time I worked with many high level athletes including 18 track and field state champions, All-State performers in multiple sports, and professional athletes. Along with building FASST, I invented the FASSTTech Reaction Trainer and developed FASST Strength Coach Software. I am a sought after motivational speaker and featured guest on ESPN radio. I have worked with organizations, schools, and teams across the country improve their overall performance and reach their goals.
